Thank you for choosing OUTPhotography!! OUT is dedicated into making every moment special. From the I do's to the terrible twos; every moment is a moment worth capturing.
Below are some guidelines to ensure that we can provide you with the absolute best experience possible. Prices and Policies are subject to change without notice. So it is advised that you carefully read this agreement with each session booked.
All Sessions Include:

Private Online Gallery where you are able to download your Images in High Resolution.

2 week turn around on edited photos, unless stated otherwise.

Print Release.
Booking:
-
A Non-Refundable retainer is due at the time of booking. The session will not be booked until the retainer is received.

Payment is due 3 days before your session. If the remainder of your session fee is not paid in full by said time, without communication, then your session will be terminated, you forfeit your retainer, and your session is void. If communication, however, is present and there is a reason as to why the remaining balance cannot be paid, OUT reserves the right to either work with the client and figure out a solution or continue with aforementioned termination. Payment plans may be arranged at the photographer’s discretion.
Cancellations/No Shows/Late Policy

Cancellations MUST be done no less than 24 hours before your scheduled session. Failing to show up after 25 minutes, without communication, will result in immediate termination. No refunds will be given, and no sessions will be rescheduled. However, if you are late, and communication is present, the session will resume but only last as long as it was booked. Time cannot be extended. So please manage your time wisely.
Printing:

Clients are solely responsible of the quality of the files and prints once they leave our possession. We do not recommend printing anywhere other than a professional printing facility and we are not responsible for poor quality prints if printed elsewhere.
Travel:

If the location of your choice is located outside of Owensville Missouri, a travel fee of $5 per 10 miles will apply, unless stated otherwise.

If weather takes a turn for the worst the day of your session, OUT will decide if the session needs to be rescheduled or not. OUT cannot predict the weather therefore cannot be held accountable for any surprises.
Credit/Alteration Policy:

When photos taken by Once Upon a Time Photography are shared on any social media platform, credit must be given to the photographer. Additionally, you agree that you are not allowed to edit or in any way alter photographs taken by Once Upon a Time Photography.

No screenshots are to be taken from your gallery or Facebook. Screenshots drastically reduce the quality of my product and misrepresents my work.
Copyrights/Other:

All Copyrights belong to Desiree Rashel at Once Upon a Time Photography. We reserve the right to use any and all images for display, publication, or other purposes. However, we will consider any requests by the family for using, or not using, certain images when necessary.

The client is obtaining the images for personal use ONLY. You may not sell these images or use them for any commercial use without the written approval of OUTPhotography.

OUT has the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.
